      Pretty close to the city, high starting salary makes up for a lot of the cons.

      Slow work environment, slow upper management, declining business outlook.

      Pros

      The people were fantastic at Navistar. It was fun going into work everyday. The environment was great to be working with friends.

      Cons

      The management was less than desired at the time. There are alot of changes going on right now. A lot of turnover.

      Pros

      I have been working here for almost two years and I have learned a lot. I've met some great people and then others. Cafeteria at head quarters is awesome....if you work at the plant...not so great. Upgraded testing facilites in Melrose Park.

      Cons

      People are leaving everyday, because we have been working extremely hard and the results aren't paying off. With the flattening of the organization is hard to move up. Pay increase is non existing. Company has been reporting losses for the last 3 quarters.
