      Working with Navistar has been a learning experience

      Pros

      Majority of Navistar employees are engaged in what they are doing, they are willing to to do what it takes to gets things done, they are not afraid to ask questions.

      Cons

      Several of the overall engineering processes take to long, there is no accountability to upper management, several of the division are not aligned with each other.

      Pros

      Organization is definitely moving in the right direction after the well publicized disaster with the EGR emissions strategy. Lots of opportunity to grow and move up. Very pleasant and modern campus in Lisle, state-of-the-art test and validation facility in Melrose Park.

      Cons

      Typical bureaucratic issues with a large, publicly held corporation. Sometimes difficult to get simple things accomplished.
