      Medical Benefits, 401k package, temp manpower when needed.,

      Cons

      Long hours, heat during the summer non AC plant in Oklahoma where temps reach 110 deg. No community involvement.

      Great company, great people

      Pros

      The people were really nice, and the work in the international business unit was very interesting and dynamic. Definitely recommend the position.

      Cons

      The company is a bit slow-moving. There are individuals in the company that have worked there for decades, and although this creates a stable environment, things are quite slow to change.

      There is excellent growth opportunity at an exciting time as the company continues to grow globably. There are excellent resources around you to help with your learning.

      Cons

      There is not much for me to write about in this department. I will say that it is a struggle as the company grows to keep the appropriate amount of personel in place.
