Great position to learn about technical writing and validation. Can learn new skills and grow individually depending on what you put into your work and projects. Appreciated by management when you become very effective and efficient in your job. A positive and helpful attitude goes a long way, especially when you can alleviate a main concern for a team. Great work life balance.
Cons
The annual pay increase is very slow. It took 5 years for me to get above 60K and an additional year for 70K. there are people that are not friendly. The truck / shop area can be more safe and managed better, especially with electric vehicles parked in the shop. Leadership is very well present and try to be proactive but disappointed when we keep seeing manufacturing problems and silos.
