Pros

The company culture at IRMI is unlike any other place I've worked. It really does feel like a family. Everyone has a team-oriented mindset, where no one employee is more important than the other. It's no wonder IRMI has been voted one of the top 100 places to work in Texas--Twice!

Cons

I can't think of any.

Pros

Working at IRMI during the pandemic has been such a blessing. We were lucky enough to continue working from home and to be part of a culture that stayed so positive and informative in such uncertain times.

Cons

It took some adjusting working from home, but luckily we have weekly meetings with our teams and got constant updates from our CEO to give us peace of mind!

Pros

Management is very reasonable. The work is interesting and can actually save lives. I was almost never pressured to work overtime - great work-life balance. Great vacation policy. Everyone is smart and polite.

Cons

Company culture is a little bit sleepy. They don't do a very good job of rewarding excellent work.
