      Pros

      Good work environment, great people who care for each other (at least in the Software and Controls department), and overall challenging work that keeps you busy but not too busy.

      Cons

      No annual increase in pay, instead it is tied to role promotions. So expect to jump positions for pay increase or move jobs after a few years.
