Pros

casual dress code, ping pong table

Cons

Sales sweatshop, no room for advancement, lack of professionalism. Very poor benefits, below-average salary. Company is cheap and skimps out on providing useful technical resources needed for successful relationship building and ad sales. Company has no relationships with any ad agencies and fails in that arena because of this. And, they are compacent about it. Expensive vending machines.
