- Working environment and culture is not as expected. - Not worth the value of money depending on the LOE - Stresful and you can not trust anyone as there is a lot of back and forth in any small issue. - Senior Management Team can not fix problems, however they make the situation harder. - No support is provided by the Senior Management Team.
