Pros

Relaxed remote environment, fun colleagues, opportunity for travel, flexible hours. Great benefits.

Cons

Heavy workload, lots of internal processes and poor organization/team structure. Workaholic culture makes upward mobility difficult for junior-level or hourly employees who value work/life balance. Org is growing which means many project teams are understaffed and overworked. Very meeting-heavy organization, often expected to attend meetings outside of work hours.
