All the values ​​that they proclaim on their page are not applied by anyone. A feminist company (they have a "Women of Internova" sector that is the most discriminatory I have ever seen, an ageist company with almost no employees over 50 years old and in theory they treat everyone the same. It was my only and last experience in the travel sector and in an American company. Very informal, starting with everything that was promised in my job interview, continuing with the CEO who never showed up for a meeting, and tore his clothes that he was always going to have 15 minutes. , and that's why I ended up writing this and making it public. Constant changes of managers and I have felt used by an inexperienced manager who created a false concept of me and HR who were not up to par. I am hugely disappointed in all those people.
