none that I can think of

Cons

- I never seen a group of more inexperienced and incompetent people - I figured out that an agent hadn't issued a single airline ticket in almost a full calendar year. That person is still employed, her supervisor is still employed - They signed a bunch of new accounts that used Sabre GDS, nobody knew how to use Sabre. They even fired the one and only person that was a Sabre expert. - Calling this place a travel agency is against the FTC Act, which prohibits unfair or deceptive acts or practices
