Reasonable flexibility when discussing hours and requesting days off. Also benefits for extra days after marriage, death in the family, etc.

Pros

The company fought hard to keep employees during the pandemic despite the devastating blow to the travel industry.

Cons

For years, the company has seemed to lack much by way of talent development and support for career growth on a consistent level across business units. I am seeing steps in the right direction as they begin to support some Employee Resource Groups and there are some good networking opportunities there.
