Pros
- Industry leader in a technology that no one else wants to invest in because or poor ROI - Great Engineering team with extremely good technical capacity and focus - Good for freshers
Cons
- No Policy and procedures. Anything that suits management is a policy. Nothing is on paper or concrete definition - HR does not hold any authority/powers. HR follows whatever manager says without even looking into facts - Extremely Negative work environment. People with new ideas are looked at with hostility - Use very old technology methodologies and business practices - No defined goals - Does not respect experienced professionals with dynamic thought process
