Pros

Since Interra is a relatively small setup, it is more open than other big consultancies. You get good oppurtunities within India and also to to go to client site. Salaries are a big plus, better than most consultancies.

Cons

The policies of Interra are not defined properly. Various times, the policies change depending upon who is going to use them. The more critical you are to the project, more flexible the policy is for you. Also there are only a handful of clients which makes the job a little bit unstable.
