Pros

Good pay for the most part and assist obtaining CDL

Cons

Inadvertently forces employees to steal by retreaving cores that are under warranty and turning him to have those same batteries sent back to the factory so they can get paid on said "warranties". Franchise owner only focused on the money not on the enhancement of his employees. Fired those who were not "extraordinary" despite extraneous conditions in the market place. Always tried to keep injury under the radar of workers comp by having paid out of pocket a chiropractor to diagnose injured employees and have them treated directly under said chiropractor who reported directly to the franchise owner. Overall top leadership failed to look at the bigger picture.
