      Pros

      Purpose and Values are real. Really great group of people. Christian values. Best battery brand in the business. Miller family is really special.

      Cons

      Low margin business but Interstate is the market leader. Corporate office location isn't ideal for a commute (635 and Coit).

      Replacing equipment, wage increases or title changes are painfully slow Head office personnel can be disappointing with solutions Little job satisfaction Indecisive management MGM's seem to have little say in operations

      They focus on the culture.

      Cons

      The officer team can't stay focused on the strategies of the organization and continually creates competing priorities and interests between departments. There tends to be a "what's in it for me" mentality.
