      Pros

      They give you two uniforms to work in, so that you don't dirty your older clothes from battery acid. People whom you work with are pretty nice.

      Cons

      The gloves they give only cover the bottoms of the hands. If any battery acid happens to splash on top of the glove.

      Pros

      Relaxed dress code, relaxed atmosphere for the most part. More than the usual amount of employee events. Long time team members are still somewhat motivated but.....

      Cons

      ...the motivation is waning fast. When I started at Interstate, I was excited based upon other team members attitudes. As time has gone on, the pretty wrapping has started to unravel. As other reviews have stated, there has been recent organizational restructure and many long time, quality employees have been lost. Interstate does seem to be running like a ship with no rudder. I'm out as quick as I can be.
