      Pros

      Culture has the right direction. Team building should be leveraged to engage it more often! The biblical principles create a relaxed environment where you feel free to talk about Jesus. That is a rare thing these days!

      Cons

      Everyone has their own plans to gain promotion which leads to everyone defending there agenda without input. Just because you listen does not mean you are actually hearing your employees. If an employee's plan or idea turns out fruitful, then give them more opportunity to have actual contributions!!
