Pros

Great christian based company. Decent pay and a huge name to sell. Industry leader in battery distribution with endless after market battery solutions.

Cons

Travel and poor relationships between corporate office and privately owned distributors. Lack of distributor trust makes job difficult to carry out.

Pros

There are several ways to look at this. Depending what level and what part of the company you work or worked for the pay can be great. There are independent distributors, some of which own several different areas. They all pay different but similar structure but are usually owned by an individual which tend to pay better. That was my experience. There are all battery centers, which can be owned by the corporation, independent distributor, or anyone willing to buy the franchise. These type of stores tend not to pay as well as working at the distributor level but all you are basically are doing is retail sales. If you expect a retail sales job to pay well your sadly mistaken. Hardly any retail sales jobs pay well but you don't have to have experience to do it. Then there is the corporate level which handles most of the sales side. I have had plenty of experience with them, as well as even helping one of them get acquainted with his new job and every one of them seemed to like their job and the pay that came with it. I went to several trade shows and the yearly get together and must say, they don't spare anything when it comes to those. They even rented out Sea World in Orlando for an evening, which was amazing. I found that it was a great company to work for that had great moral standards.

Cons

It can be hard work depending on the area that you work in.
