      Pros

      Fellow workers are hard working people trying to do a good job.

      Cons

      Nepotism at it's finest. One should keep any negative thoughts to themselves as you never are quiet sure who in management is related to who. Manager and V.P. have zero customer service skills and are in it for themselves at anyone's expense.

      Pros

      Top battery company in America so the clientele is already there. Product sells itself. They do promote from within

      Cons

      Worked 40+ hours a week but only would be paid for 40. Dishonest. Multiple Store Managers within short period of time. Different guidelines for franchises and corporate stores which would be very confusing. Managers picking favorites telling certain employees about drug tests.
