      Pros

      Good group of workers, great products, and plenty of available hours if you want to work.

      Cons

      Lower hourly rate than it should be for the job, but the overtime helps. Truck service and maintenance needs improvement - not enough focus on making sure drivers and loads are legal.

      Overall, a great company to work for.

      Cons

      Upper management(Directors, regionals) are very week. They have a habit of hiding issues from the executive management. The upper management is more concerned about personal gain over success of the company. It's too bad this is happening to a great company.
