      Pros

      Fellow workers are hard working people trying to do a good job.

      Cons

      Nepotism at it's finest. One should keep any negative thoughts to themselves as you never are quiet sure who in management is related to who. Manager and V.P. have zero customer service skills and are in it for themselves at anyone's expense.

      Pros

      Company is owned and previously managed by a couple of brothers, so there are still remnants of a family feel to the place. Owner is openly religious, if you care for that, but not overbearing.

      Cons

      There is a lot of nepotism in the culture.

      My experience there was marked by political dynamics and favoritism. I was treated unfairly throughout and ultimately let go under unjust circumstances.
