      *Growth driven *Company in a good position in the market and has good leadership *Decent work environment overall. *Family first work culture.

      Cons

      The pros could sometimes bite *Growth driven: Work could be overwhelming for long stretches *Focus on company or team targets could push personal growth to the backburner * It is corporate. Sometimes the company values are attributed too loosely and superficially and stop meaning anything when corporate interests are placed ahead.

      A lot of really good people on the front lines of IT. Great to work with and very professional.

      Cons

      Top IT management is lacking basic social skills. Very ineffective as a leader and uninspiring. I would even suggest the opposite of inspiring.
