      Purpose & Values and the overall culture is 2nd to none. Work life balance, competitive pay and bonus. The company is doing very well financially and offers solid job security.

      The base pay is competitive, but the bonus range could be higher.

      They pay for overtime and I work through my lunches

      Cons

      I'm severely underpaid for the amount of work they expect me to do. I am so underpaid that I rely desperately on my overtime just to make ends meet so holidays and pto cause me to not be able to pay my bills. I literally live down to the dollar every pay period and I spend all my time at work 10 hr days 5 days a week. I do the job of 2 people at other locations but bc I have experience and I am good at what I do they expect me to be able to do both jobs at the pay of just one person at 1 yr experience level.
