      Great familial group Christian values Considerable flexibility on schedule when needed Friendly people Lots of work to be done - never boring

      Cons

      Lots of stress - The departments are often understaffed for amount of work to be done. Salaries could be better.

      Pros

      Interstate batteries is a great company, but the individual locations are franchised. Your management then is a luck of the draw. Dealing with clients and helping them was wonderful, however.

      Cons

      They were rude and did not appreciate their employees. Also, in this economy the job became more like a collections agency than an account manager.
