      Pros

      Good Pay but that's really all that they offer.

      Cons

      No accrued sick time, which is against state law. Minimal vacation, and strange regulations and caps as to when you can use YOUR earned time. Push back for requesting vacation time and heaven forbid, you're ever sick. They threaten to fire you. No flexibility for my growing family.

      It was a stable job, with no heavy physical demands.

      Cons

      The local franchise I worked for had really sketchy work practices. I can't speak for their corporate office. The local level was a nightmare.
