      a nice bonus at the end of the year, structured review program.

      Cons

      People who have worked there for 10+ care more about their jobs than improvement. They are unwilling to change or improve. They treat women, younger generation and people of color awful. To excel here you must be in the boys club. No support from leadership,

      Pros

      Plenty of work to do. You will never get fat because they don't give you the proper time to eat.

      Cons

      There is no leadership or vision within IT. Just endless red tape in order to get things done. If you ask for clarification, you are met with dogmatic and strict policies that make no sense. If you want to work on interesting projects, look elsewhere. There is no forward thinking.
