      Pros

      The job never gets old, I have fun every single day I head out on the road. I'm always learning something new. The freedom to grow my route expotentially.

      Cons

      The physical demands of the job. The long hours which results in time away from my family and less time to reccuperate.

      Pros

      We were working on some interesting and challenging digital initiatives.

      Cons

      Racial undertones!! Which was disappointing since they are a faith based company who emphasizes their values. The lead in our department even started Townhall Meetings with a prayer. Unfortunately, it ended up being THE most toxic work environment I have ever worked in. Especially for a black woman. RUN.
