      Friendly people for the most part. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Constant, unrelenting change. Never ends and never goes anywhere. Expect to have 5 bosses if you plan on staying more than 2 years. All preference given to new hires. If you are tenured, good luck. They don't care. Slow moving and way behind the industry. Will be obsolete if they cant get it together.
