      Seem to lack direction and support from the top

      Pros

      Great pay, fun work if you like driving locally and doing physical work. Lots of autonomy.

      Cons

      Easy to get burned out but more importantly Interstate is losing a lot of big clients nationally that seems to be coming from a lack of direction and there is little support to the local warehouses so its a craps shoot on finding a good warehouse.
