Pros

New management open to new, progressive ideas. Christian centered company with many perks as an employee that you do not find anywhere else.

Cons

New management has allowed for known-bad managers and leads, that are horrible at treating people to remain with the company and to keep abusing and mistreating employees. They are not hiring a lot of new positions, but rather leveraging contractors for a lot of roles, thus limiting growth opportunities. Everyone is overworked and underpaid and in many cases underappreciated.

Pros

You have a chance to learn about batteries and their applications. Decent college job; Horrible career.

Cons

Family owned - everyone is in charge but you! Often belittle employees in front of everyone (Often being key). This leads to poor morale and often sucks the life out of your day. Below average pay for the retail industry and very little benefits. No Medical/Dental/401K. Management often complained about not having any voice and little decision making power. Will hire anyone with a pulse and then scream and yell about not getting good results. Salesmen lack a desire to sell, have little industry knowledge and require help throughout the process no matter how much training they receive. There are problems from Corporate down within this company; A lack of vision and leadership.

Pros

Relaxed dress code; talent not deep so you have to opportunity to stand out; fun company events; financially stable

Cons

Internal politics more prevalent than ever; high performance not as valued as fitting in; legacy leadership and many in leadership roles that do not have career experience in those disciplines
