One of the oldest in the business, we are striving to be better than the competition, very knowledgeable people. Customer and employee focused. Pride in Service.

Cons

We need better training programs for new employees and more processes to help people understand their jobs to move up within the company.

Consistent work schedule with 3 weeks PTO after 2 years. 8 holidays and decent workload for the pay. Upper management seems to care about the staff.

Cons

Lack of annual reviews. Upward mobility is possible, but there is little to no training to prepare you for it.

Pros

Great upper management team and way above average pay. Benefits are second to none with a fantastic 401k match and health insurance that is a Mercedes plan with a Kia price. Generous vacation allowance- 5 weeks after only 2 years.

Cons

No real cons to speak of except they may be getting too big too fast.
