Managers and staff are empowered and supported to make decisions. A company culture of quality service to customers both externally and internally. Team is always striving for continuous improvement in process, procedures and methods.

Cons

The team works very hard and accomplishes what it sets out to achieve... possibly to much for some to handle. Be nice to celebrate our victories a bit better but we are compensated well for our work through performance bonuses.

Smaller company that you can create good relationships in, multiple departments to which you can move LATERALLY, not really upward though

Cons

micro management, does not empower employees in their job, do not promote from within, processes are not well-defined people just make it up as they go
