Interstate is a strong company with old fashioned values for their employees and customers. Work hard and you will be rewarded - excellent customer service is a must.

Cons

You must have a good work ethic, Be open to working when the client calls - some evenings and weekends - be able to multi task, and be open to helping the company grow in any way you can!

Collaboration is key. With the varying company capabilities, working with other teams is essential and everyone is willing to help. With collaborating comes hardworking colleagues who all support the company's initiatives. Senior and executive-level management are highly involved and offer day-to-day support and guidance on projects and initiatives. The company is always "preparing for a rainy day" - meaning, they are well-equipped for almost any situation. More recently, the company transitioned the majority of its staff to working from home quickly and efficiently. As a result of COVID-19, upper management is taking additional steps to streamline communication and collaboration to ensure employees are healthy, safe, and able to continue delivering excellent work.

Cons

This is a fast-paced environment that is not for everyone. Work hard and you will be rewarded!
