This is place is a complete nightmare for anyone with HR/Recruiting experience. They are racist. You will see this after your first week of employment here. Add this to your stay away list.

Most employees are great to work with.

Cons

HR and Upper management do not care about people. No one feels comfortable enough to go to HR for help. Very unprofessional team. Family-owners are only concerned with filling their pockets. CEO and President are uneducated and ignorant of today's working environments.

We agree %E2%80%93 our employees ARE great to work with!Our HR, executive and senior leaders are accessible in a variety of ways. They are present daily at our locations, and are frequently seen interacting with employees as they walk the floor inside the office or in the warehouses. They do this to check-in with employees across all departments. In addition, senior leadership hosts monthly town-hall meetings for all staff. We%E2%80%99d also like to mention some of our HR policies that help us stay current with employment trends. For example, we have several remote/off-site employees. This provides flexibility to our staff and helps Interstate maintain its talented and diverse workforce.
