Poor management. My boss never checked. I saw him 4 times in the 1.5 years I worked there.

Pros

You don’t do much if you’re an event attendant at all. Just stand in parking lots helping people where to park and sometimes taking payments.

Cons

It’s an outside job and hours aren’t consistent
