Cons

Losing people regularly and failing to replace them Very corporate and political. Decision-making is very slow and inefficient due to the number of superfluous stakeholders involved. Information is not shared and sometimes deliberately withheld within the management which creates an "us and them" feeling, despite them saying that's not what they want. Progression is seemingly made by getting in with the right people, doing a good job is rarely rewarded or acknowledged. Very few benefits or perks, apparently no appetite to offer any more. Run by shareholders, for shareholders on a group level. Lots of "we understand" , very little doing anything about it. Lots of corporate initiatives, buzz phrases and awards ceremonies that mean nothing and add no value to the low level workforce. Poor attitude towards safety legislation and providing relevant training.
