Pros

Good team leader, good assistant team leader

Cons

Unequal employment opportunities whereby other people will get higher basic pay than you when you have more experience. Management is the worst, they think they’re always right. Talk to them for a while and they will judge you based on other peoples comments. Make one mistake and you’re on blacklist. Promote people who makes a lot of mistakes and promote people because they threaten to leave the company. This company is one of the worst company I’ve ever worked with , you can literally see that this company is losing money and will try to cut on everything down. This company will mass hire, but turnover rate is so high you will be working for a two-three man job.
