Pros

If you have no degree or experience it is a good place to start, but get out as soon as you can.

Cons

Low pay, unsafe work conditions, too much turnover. 20 people have been through the department within a year but left by quitting. The pay is barely above minimum wage jobs and requires standing constantly throughout the shift. The workplace is unsafe; there are chemicals all around without proper safety procedures. Work 6pm to 6am.

A lot of overtime.You're able to learn something new easily and they go by the method.

Cons

Hard to get raises. At times, they try to use moneyball system.

Job timing structure is very flexible. Good benefits and paid vacation and sick time. Got to see new products every day.

Cons

No growth in this company. Management decisions can mess up you and your carrier. Lot of pressure of work.
