Great workplace. They provided a lot of training in different fields. Ambiance was amazing with coworkers. Good salary for Entry Level in Montreal in Chemistry.

Cons

Management has to be improved. Didn't feel secured when working on call night shift alone. Not much salary raise. Not much potential to grow in the company.
