Pros

-Global corporation with a mission I am proud to support. -Really wonderful colleagues. Teams amd business leads work hard to create an inclusive and supportive environment for everyone. -Many learning and growth opportunities. Lots of promotions from within.

Cons

-Although there is a good amount of flexibility, work can be stressful because performance expectations are high. -Employee health benefits seem to get more and more expensive every year. But that's likely true for most other companies.

Avoid at all cost

Pros

Decent coworkers and some flexibility in schedule

Cons

Management cares nothing about the employees Management doesn't care about quality, only profit margin Training is almost none existent Management plays favorites and punishes people they don't like regardless of your work efforts. They only pay 1 to 2% raises every year regardless of work performance Healthcare plans have gotten worse over time with less benefits and higher out of pocket costs. No work/life balance

Do Not Bother

Pros

There used to be a significant amount of pros for this location, those have not been prevalent for quite some time.

Cons

The site lead is grossly unqualified and the building/staff is very quickly diving into the negatives. The turnaround is alarming and most departments are asking for help to meet non-changing (unachieavable) goals but are being met with "mandatory weekends" to meet revenue goals instead. The wages are a very large point of contention in every department within the building. Favoritism is pushing unqualified individuals forward consistently. Unsafe working conditions unless they are aware of an upcoming OSHA visit. Overpromising unrealistic goals to clients. And much, much more.
