Extreme micro-management. Ridiculous amount of sales team conference calls pushing aggressive, thoughtless sales tactics. Upper management doesn’t communicate across the board and is very pushy/rude. Abhorrent company culture due to upper management. Very solemn. It’s like working at a failing company that is desperately trying to make sakes a promote a used car salesmen mentality. Very poor COVID care in place. Basically they don’t care and upper management can contain themselves in their office while you’re fair game to the virus.

Great disparity between upper mgmt and lower, handled COVID terribly by bringing all employees back after 3 months, no work from home flexibility even as a high performer
