Pros

Intertek has many labs across the US, so the big company feel like a small company. Each lab has a different environment. Benefits are pretty good with low out of pocket cost.

Cons

US Management is running the company into the Ground. There is limited if no communication from the top down. It's has 2 levels. Top Management who are highly compensated and do what they want and then the employees and 1st level manager who do all the work, get all the blame and receive sub level salary. Sr. Management loves to use scapegoats when things go wrong. There is no leadership driving the company forward. A Middle Manager described the company as a Large bus driving fast down a hill on 2 wheels with no Driver. Good Luck.

Pros

Perfect benefits, good salary, could be flexible schedule, room to learn and grow up professionally, supportive team

Cons

Company recently changed managers. New managers cannot run business smoothly, provide laid-offs, try to reach quantity, not quality, people cannot stay in company for years: they start to look for a new job in 3-4 years, otherwise company laid-off the most paid and experienced employees.
