I have been able to get good experience that should help me land a future position Most managers/supervisors are good when personal issues come up Pretty decent benefits
Cons
Utter lack of appreciation and respect by upper management They do not want to promote some people because they are good at their current positions so it is not easy for people to advance. Other people end up getting those jobs Workers often have to put their two weeks' notice in order to get a raise Getting a promotion and being promised a raise does not mean you will get that raise Upper management seems utterly clueless (or doesn't care) that morale is nosediving There is no accountability for workers who don't do their jobs More than half of the staff in the laboratory are actively looking for other jobs Morale is in the trash
