      Pros

      The company has a strong customer focus. It is interesting in the range of services and the variety of markets they service.

      Cons

      Employees treated like dirt. Very high turnover rate. Management are, for the lack of a better word, mean. Absolutely NO life work balance. They use the excuse of being global to expect you to answer calls and emails any time on the day or night. People work long days and then are expected to do more work at home.

      Pros

      I like the company as it is very diverse. There is opportunity for professional growth if the right resources, training and leadership is provided to you.

      Cons

      There is lack of communication within the company, divisions, teams and functions.There should be one consistent message across the board in regards to processes and procedures. More in-depth training should be provided to new employees and not just computer based on-board training.
