Pros

Salary is good and vacation days are pretty good. Benefits are only ok.

Cons

There are over 700 reviews, look for consistency. My issues were with the management for the most part. No good feedback; very poor training. One associate could not do their job for a month because the company was in a dispute with the software developer. I assumed that the issues were with another location when I was looking at the glass door star rating, but the issues stem from the top and that affects the entire company’s culture. The company has terrible retention. I have many more cons, but I suggest looking at several reviews; don’t just take my word for it. However, I would dismiss any review that has no Pros or no Cons, every company has good and bad points.

Pros

Big company, stabile industry, cool opportunities to see leading edge products in the market, fun to tinker and test different products every day, interesting to understand global compliance. Good stepping stone to build your future

Cons

Senior leadership holds enthusiastic employees back from growing, Many have a limited mindset of only understanding their own narrow job description, Not too many lateral areas for growth (generally only vertical up the chain which takes a while). Middle management and operational management is heading in the right direction, but there seems to be a huge disconnect between higher management. The front lines workers think its all about the product, where the actions from above seem to show its more about the acquisitions and number shifting that really matters. Not a place you would spend your whole career.

Pros

Descent Start pay. 4 weeks vacation.

Cons

I feel like I work in a high school. Lots of gossip and talking behind people's back. Not professional. Supervisor has favorites. Not Great pay increases/Bonus.
