Pros

The pay is fair. Some of the technicians and engineers are really good workers.

Cons

The leadership is the worst I have ever experienced after 20+ years in the industry. They don’t know how to communicate with their team members. They blame their team members for things they no control over. If you are on salary like me, they expect you to work 10+ hours a week at least that you’re not going to even get credit for. Let alone paid for! None of the group leaders are qualified for their positions. They’ve just been there the longest. Compared to my my previous team leaders and managers-they’re a complete joke. Do your self a favor and stay far away if you can-trust me it’s not worth it.

Pros

The money is decent. That's about it.

Cons

Literally everything. Managers treat you like cattle and discriminate against you behind your back. The harder you work the more you are stigmatized. Working at Intertek has been a humiliating experience.

Pros

You start with 4 weeks vacation. A great job to start your career, and truly understand how corporations work.

Cons

Everything. You increase profits, and decrease loss without any praise. Merit raises not even in line with cost of living increases. The CEO is one of the top paid CEO’s, and they don’t take care of their people. They hemorrhage talent. Intertek is it’s own worst enemy, as they cannibalizes themselves to meet budget. There are some truly good people in there, but they don’t let long. The rest are stuck as they aren’t desirable at other companies or Intertek gaslights them into thinking they are worthless.
