Too much upper management and not enough people to perform the testing. Most employees have been there for 15+ years.

It's ok

It's unfortunate many great people leave because they are treated unfairly . The lab in SA Tx has such a high turnover you can't even remember names . Management can careless because they believe everyone is disposable .
