Pros

My team is great. The work can be valuable in future if you chose to stay in compliance industry.

Cons

mostly report making, headache scheduling with clients, lots of different reports to make, testing on site(travel), pay is average with no hope for increment in 2-3 years. Keep pushing to bill more every month.

Pros

Good vacation packages right off the bat, Decent benefits, good coworkers for the most part.

Cons

Micro managed, no communication at all, no solid foundation to grow in the company. Pay scale is all messed up they don't adjust pay depending on cost of living in the area the employees work .

A lot of amazing and smart people.

Cons

A lot of really terrible people. Overall management is nothing short of horrible. The CEO is a lunatic. Most senior leaders are 20 plus years and never worked anywhere else for any significant period of time and it really shows. They have 0 concept of lean or continuous improvement and little regard for work life balance.
