      The benefits are good. There is private health insurance, meal allowance, and shuttle.

      The salaries are low, and there is no company culture.

      Not a single thing is right with this company. Toxic!

      Cons

      I don't even know where to begin. Work life balance is non existent. Managers protect their buddies even after egregious violations of policy. Culture is work work work until you can't keep your eyes open, get the job done no matter what, at the expense of your family, your safety, your sanity. Management talks a great game but does not back it up. Terrible culture. Seriously if you have ANY other options go elsewhere.
